Paul Chang - Founder & Principal

Paul has been working in the background investigation industry since 2006, working with multiple, reputable background screening firms (Scherzer International, VCheck Global and Alias Intelligence). Working with multiple firms allowed Paul to gain invaluable experience as it exposed him to three different companies and its unique set of structures, products, policies, search methods, search sources, efficiencies/inefficiencies, cultures, etc. With the knowledge gained from these experiences, in addition to his overall experience in this industry for nearly two decades, Paul founded Indelible Investigations with the hopes of bringing a high quality product to the market.
Prior to his start in this industry, Paul proudly served his country with U.S. Marine Corps, which included an overseas deployment to Iraq. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge. Paul is currently licensed as a Private Investigator (PI) Qualified Manager in the state of California.
